Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BitEasy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service Is

BitEasy publishes cryptocurrency market data, the live state and results of a systematic trading strategy, research reports and AI-generated analysis. Depending on your plan, some content is delayed.

The Service is read-only. BitEasy is not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. It never asks for exchange API keys, never holds your assets and never places, routes or executes orders for you.

No Investment Advice

All content is provided for information and education only. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any asset, and nothing is tailored to your financial situation or objectives.

You alone decide whether to trade and are solely responsible for those decisions and their results. Consult a licensed professional if you need advice.

Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies, especially with leverage or derivatives, carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of your entire investment. In particular:

Past performance, including the published track record and any backtest, does not guarantee or predict future results. Backtests are hypothetical.
Signals may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and markets can move faster than any alert reaches you.
AI-generated plans and reviews can contain errors and are research material only; they are never executed for you.
Third-party data (for example exchange APIs and public leaderboards) can be inaccurate, change or stop without notice.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account. An account is for one person. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use services of this kind where you live.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

The Service is licensed for your personal use. You agree not to:

Resell, redistribute, publish or broadcast signals, alerts, research or data from the Service, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Scrape, bulk-download or automate access beyond normal use, or share your account.
Reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, strategy output, research and compilations of data are owned by BitEasy or its licensors. Third-party names and marks, such as exchange names, belong to their owners; BitEasy is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, timeliness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitEasy is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including redistribution of paid content. You may close your account at any time.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may change, add or remove features, data sources or strategies. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service or by email, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BitEasy operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
